Completed a complete roof tear-off and full fascia replacement. Removed the existing roofing down to the decking, replaced all fascia boards around the roofline, and prepared the structure for the new system. Installed fresh underlayment, updated flashing, and new Malarkey shingles. Clean installation with solid lines and a roofing system built to perform through Oregon weather.
