• Verify licenses, insurance, or credentials unless explicitly stated
Any decision to contact or hire a contractor is made solely between the homeowner and the contractor.

Contractors using GlideScout agree that:
• All information submitted (business details, job photos, descriptions, locations) is accurate and lawful
• They have the right to upload and share submitted content
• Uploaded images and job details may be publicly displayed on the platform
GlideScout may remove or limit content that violates platform rules or applicable laws.

GlideScout is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent visibility of jobs.
Features, limits, and availability may change as the platform evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlideScout is not liable for:
• Any damages arising from contractor-homeowner interactions
• Job outcomes, disputes, or losses
• Data loss, delays, or service interruptions
Use of GlideScout is at your own risk.

You agree not to:
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to misuse, scrape, or interfere with the platform
Violations may result in suspension or removal.
